2009 SEASON HAS CONCLUDED AT GEORGETOWN SPEEDWAY

GEORGETOWN, DE (November 20, 2009) - After some discussion, the Georgetown Speedway management team has decided not to reschedule the race program slated for Saturday, November 14th. This program was cancelled following the Nor’easter which soaked the speedway grounds prior to the event. With the 2009 season concluded, management will soon begin to assemble a schedule of events for the upcoming year.

Georgetown Speedway is a 1/2 mile dirt oval located on the northbound side of U.S. Route 113, just 35 miles south of Dover, Delaware, a 45-minute drive from Ocean City, Maryland, and easily accessible from Washington DC, Baltimore, and Philadelphia.
