Wednesday May 20, 2009 RACING WORLD MAGAZINE SPONSORS 358 SPORTSMAN BONUS SERIES AT
BRIDGEPORT BRIDGEPORT, NJ (May 20, 2009) - Working with Bridgeport Speedway
promoter Jessica James, Racing World Magazine has created a new 358
Sportsman Bonus Series that will start on Saturday, May 23rd. “This
is a great way to reward our 358 Sportsman drivers,” said Promoter
Jessica James. “At the end of the five race series, the top three
finishers will receive a bonus courtesy of Racing World Magazine.”
The Racing World Magazine Bonus Series for 358 Sportsman will consist
of five races. After the series opener on May 23rd, the remaining
races will be held on June 20th, July 18th, August 8th with the series
champion to be crowned on September 12th. The winner of the series
will receive $500 with $200 going to the second place finisher and
$100 on tap for the third place finisher. A separate point system
will be used to calculate the standings for the Racing World Magazine
Bonus Series for 358 Sportsman.
Racing World Magazine is a new high-end racing publication that
carries information about the sport to the hundreds of thousands of
fans from New York to Virginia. Race fans can register for a free
two-year subscription of Racing World Magazine at www.racingworldnj.com.
Marketing opportunities are still available for the 2009 season
including sponsorships of race nights, divisions and special events.
